CLASS SCHEDULE

The TFW group fitness class is a complete workout program that is specifically designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness.

These sessions will enable you to safely, efficiently and visibly improve your strength, mental resilience, agility, and overall conditioning, whilst showing visible benefits to your physique in the loss of unnecessary fat and increase of muscle tone.
 
All class structures are varied, in order to ensure that the sessions remain a constant mental and physical challenge to all members. We offer a complete workout program that is specifically designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness, giving you a full-body workout in the process.
