SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

This is your foundation. We are staffed with a 4:1 student to coach ratio so there is always a coach on the floor with you, readily available to answer questions and to provide encouragement and motivation. 

Our students find this works really well as they get specialized attention but have the camaraderie of being with others. So not only do you get the benefit of the coaches’ attention, you’ll see it’s not uncommon for members to be supporting and encouraging each other as well. These sessions run in the morning, and you just pick a time that works well for you.
